Phone Hours (Regular Business Hours)
You can call our office at 614-268-8800 from 8am until 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday to schedule an appointment or to discuss a medical or billing question. We do have a registered nurse available to return your call and answer/triage your questions and/or concerns during that time. The busiest hours are first thing in the morning and around lunchtime, so avoid calling during these times for non-emergency calls.

Lab Results
If lab results are available you can call directly at 877-254-1956. If they are not available, please call us during normal business hours so that we can help you.

Directions: Our Jasonway office is located at 921-B Jasonway Avenue, just north of Riverside Hospital. We are in the same office building as Cleveland Clinic/Star Imaging. If you are coming from SR315, exit at Bethel Road and follow Bethel Road to Jasonway Avenue. You will see a CVS on the corner; our office is on the right hand side.

Directions: Our Dublin office is located at 6870 Perimeter Drive, Suite A, near the Dublin Methodist Hospital. We are on the north side of the street. From I-270 on the northwest corner, exit SR33/161 towards Marysville and follow to Avery Road Exit. Turn Right at the first light onto Avery Road. The second light (at Burger King) is Perimeter Drive, turn Left. Our office will be down approximately 1 mile on the right side.

Directions: Our Westerville office is located at 484 County Line Road West in suite 230. From the I-270 North Outerbelt, exit on Cleveland Avenue heading north. Follow Cleveland Avenue north for about two miles until you reach County Line Road West. Turn right on County Line Road West and then turn left at the first street. Turn left into the parking lot of the first building on the left.
