General Frequently Asked Questions

Phone Hours (Regular Business Hours)

You can call our office from 8am until 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday to schedule an appointment or to discuss a medical or billing question. We do have a registered nurse available to return your call and answer/triage your questions and/or concerns during that time. The busiest hours are first thing in the morning and around lunchtime, so avoid calling during these times for non-emergency calls.

Our fax number is 614-268-8249. Please include cover letter identifying the person to receive the fax.

Lab Results

If lab results are available you can call directly. If they are not available, please call us during normal business hours so that we can help you.
